How to buy
Use the menuitem "Catalogue" to access our productstore. Select an artist from the alphabetically sorted list and after that the preferred title. Within the detailview of a title you can add the CD (respectively DVD, Book) your shopping cart by clicking on the button "Buy now". Using this method you can append more covers to your shopping cart.
To confirm your shopping you open your shopping cart an click the button "Check out". To take a look into your shopping cart, simply click on the symbol in the mainmenu.
Prices, Terms Of Shipping & Handling
All prices in our magazine and in the web shop are displayed in Euro and include VAT (value-added tax, at present 19% respectively 7% for books and magazines).
In addition we charge you the cost for shipping (registed mail) & handling:
Germany, Switzerland & Austria: € 3.50
Europe: € 6.00
Rest Of The World: € 12.00
If the sum total of your order amounts to EUR 50.00 the shipping costs are free!
For deliveries outside Germany we recommend payment by paypal or pre-paiment via bank-transfer to our bank-account.

Deliveries within the European Union (EU/EEC):
All prices in our magazine and in the web shop are displayed in Euro and include VAT (value-added tax, at present 19% respectively 7% for books and magazines). This means the prices are valid the way they are displayed.
Deliveries outside the European Union EU/non EEC Countries:
For deliveries to non EEC countries the 19% (respectively 7% for books and magazines) V.A.T. do not arise. We only charge the magazine price, VAT deducted. You will then still need to pay the duties and import sales tax applicable in your country.

General
Our Data Protection Policy complies with the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (Federal Data Protection Act) and the Teledienstedatenschutzgesetz (Telecommunication Data Proctection Act).
All information required for order processing is saved on our computer system. We will not and do not pass on any of this information to Third Parties.
By sending us an order, you are agreeing that all information that you enter when placing your order on www.repertoire.de, may be stored and used by Repertoire Entertainment, Borsteler Chaussee 85 - 99a, 22453 Hamburg.
You also agree that Repertoire Entertainment may use this information for Marketing purposes e.g. eMails informing about new products or services. Registration
Ordering at www.repertoire.de is very comfortable. We offer a free registration service, where all necessary personal information can be saved using a username and password, so that this information can automatically be entered each time you wish to place an order. The Account makes ordering easier in the following ways:
- Items in your Shopping Cart are saved, so you can come back later to order the items
- You no longer need to enter your Personal Details when placing an order
- You can access and change your Personal Details in the "Shopping Cart"" or delete your customer account completely
The registration is free and you have no obligation to order.
You can delete your customer account at any time.
Cookies
Cookies are small text documents that are saved on your Computer's Hard-Drive. Our cookies do not contain any personal information, they are used for Navigation and recognition purposes only.

Delivery Period
Usually we send out your order within 5 days after your payment arrived. In case you stated a date to complete your order, we'll wait until that day.
Conclusion of Contract
We will check as to how far we are able to process your order. Only then will we decide as to how far we accept your received offer. Usually this is done by us sending out the order. If you have indicated an email address you will receive a notice of arrival. By confirming your order or sending out the order our part of the contract has accordingly been fullfilled.
Our Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our service, so all orders can be exchanged or returned within 4 weeks.
The following items cannot be exchanged: laundered or altered clothing, books, audio or video recordings and CD box sets. Shrink-wrapped or sealed data carriers, such as CDs, LPs, DVDs, videos, audio cassettes or software, may only be returned if the seal is unbroken or the shrink-wrapping undamaged. If you use the goods before returning them, you will need to compensate us for usage and deterioration of the goods. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods would have been apparent upon examination, such as would have been possible in a conventional store. In certain cases, the compensation sum may amount to the purchase price. Therefore, if you are considering returning the goods, please confine yourself to a visual inspection and do not start using them.
As a buyer, you are not obliged by law to state reasons for returning the goods. Nevertheless, we would ask you to complete the relevant form* enclosed with your parcel, and to state your reason for returning the goods. Please ensure that your return consignment is adequately stamped, and send it to our returned goods section ("Retourenabteilung") using the most cost-efficient route.

Once the goods have been returned within the stated period, the purchase contract will be nullified and we will issue you with a credit note to cover the returned goods. In certain circumstances, we may be able to credit your paypal or bank account with the relevant amount. We will replace goods in respect of which you have issued a complaint. If the item is no longer available, we will reimburse you for the purchase price and postage costs. We will always bear any postage costs in the event of a justified complaint (faulty goods, incorrect delivery or similar)!
Damaged Deliveries
Please make sure that you receive an undamaged package (if necessary open the package in the presence of the postman). Do not in any case accept a damaged delivery (e.g. an opened box or similar) since by doing this you implicitly confirm the reception of undamaged items.
